Most of the towers along Perdido Beach Boulevard are condos, rented out by their owners and by managers such as Brett/Robinson and Spectrum Resorts. The rules come from whoever rents you the unit: often 25 for singles, no pets, and cleaning and booking fees on top of the nightly rate.

Each manager sets its own terms, and two units in the same tower can be rented by different companies. Read the house rules in the listing before you pay, especially if you're under 25 or bringing a pet.
For a few nights, a hotel is often simpler.
Each entry names the rental manager whose rules apply; a unit rented through another company can have its own. The Vrbo links open the search for the town. Look for the complex name or street address in the listing, and compare the total for your dates, not the nightly rate.

Vrbo has houses and condos all along the coast. Pick the town first: Gulf Shores for the beach near Gulf Place and West Beach, Orange Beach for the towers and Perdido Pass, Fort Morgan for beach houses on the peninsula.
Brett/Robinson rents by the month in winter, with a minimum of 28 nights, from January to March, with prices on request. Owners on Vrbo set their own monthly rates; search Vrbo for your months.
Get it in writing what's included: electricity, internet, parking and cleaning are often extra on long stays.
