RV parks in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach

From Luxury RV Resort on Gulf Shores Parkway, the Gulf Place public beach is about 12 minutes on foot. Sugar Sands and Gulf Shores RV Resort are inland, about five to seven miles from the beach, and Fort Morgan RV Park sits on Bon Secour Bay. In Orange Beach, Sun Outdoors has more than 400 sites with direct access to the Gulf State Park trails. Nightly rates start around $50 to $59 plus tax, and a winter month at Luxury RV Resort costs $1,300 to $1,395 with utilities.

Luxury RV Resort has set monthly prices with utilities included. Sugar Sands quotes monthly stays for two people from the office; extra guests over four years old pay $5 a night.

Cancellation and arrival times

Deposits are strict, especially for monthly stays and holidays. Read the park's own terms for your dates.

$100 fee; 14 days or more ahead, the rest of the deposit back; less than 14 days, credit for a later stay in the same year; 30 days' notice for stays of 30 nights or more; holidays not refundable

Deposit of two nights or half the stay, whichever is more ($500 for 30 nights or longer); full refund up to 14 days before arrival, 45 days for monthly stays; after that the deposit is kept
